Seriously people its about time you hired a couple of new monkeys in the Kalgoorlie office, preferably ones that like to press the correct buttons. I would say there is at least 3 times a week that you don't play the weather, all you get is 30 seconds of silence and then straight into the morning show out of Albany. No apologies, nothing...
Surely with all the new, fandangled computer type things you could set it up to automatically play a pre-recorded weather segment without too much stress...
